Million Artists Referral Program

Purpose
The Referral Program’s purpose is to advertise the 100 most active Artists based on the number of referrals they have. The list includes Artist’s Name, Location, a link to their WEB Site, Number of Referrals and the combined referral donations amount and is updated on daily basis.

The top 20 referrers will be listed on the front page.

The more you refer, the higher on the list you will go and the better the charities will do. By appearing on the front page you can drive traffic to your homepage.

Eligibility
This Program is open to all existing artists of MillionArtists.com and on the following terms and conditions.

Persons Who May Be Referred
You must only refer MillionArtists.com to individuals with whom you have a pre-existing personal or business relationship and who you believe would like to receive the MillionArtists.com Referral Email. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, you must not obtain names for referral from group email addresses or email mailing lists.

No Spamming
We strictly forbid the sending of unsolicited e-mail to numerous recipients (“spamming”).

Number of referrals and their amounts
There are no restrictions on the number of referrals or their amounts counted toward your placement on the List of Referrals.

Referral amount calculations
For each of your Friends that you refer to MillionArtists.com who satisfies the Program requirements below, we will add his donation amount to all other amounts donated by your Friends. Friends will only be deemed to have been referred for the purposes of these Terms and Conditions if they register as the MillionArtists.com artist using your Referral URL to initiate the sign up process.
